If your order is in stock it will process within 24 hours. If your order is to be produced or custom order a ring, we will contact you to specify the time it will take to make it.

SHIPMENTS:

The shipping price will vary depending on destination.

PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS

-For All purchases above € 100, shipping is free

- Delivery in 24 hours Peninsula. Illas Baleares 3 to 4 days.

- Shipping price in amounts less than € 100, is € 8.50.

- Deliveries will be made by the agency MRW courier.

If delivery is to be made urgently or within a specific time slot, the shipping price may vary.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

Shipments are made by registered letter by Post, with a cost of 7 €. Delivery by destination (detailed information on the web Post).

EUROPEAN UNION AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Shipments to Europe and international destinations will be made by registered letter, delivery time and shipping cost will depend on the destination. Ask us and we will inform you.

BARCELONA LIDAJOIES not liable for the additional costs of customs and tariffs, or delays in deliveries through no fault of the company or erroneous data by the recipient.

CANCELLATIONS:

On our website www.lidajoies.com it is not possible to cancel an order once the payment is made. You can return the product once received, you have 5 days for its return, from the reception of the product.

RETURNS:

In the case of receiving a defective package wrapper, you must include it on the delivery note or reject it. If you are not satisfied with what you have received within 24 hours to make the corresponding claim, contact LIDAJOIES Barcelona through our email lida@lidajoies.com

In the case of receiving a defective product, shipping it at our office. If upon receiving the piece misuse is observed change a new one, or the return of the amount will be made.

In the event that the gem does not meet your expectations, you have 5 days to return, from receipt of the product. In this case the full amount of the jewel, less postage refund. The postage of this return will be your charge. Once LIDAJOIES receive the product will be revised to be in perfect condition and no signs of use to proceed to refund the amount, if it detects that the jewel has been used, the refund will be canceled.
